On the morning of June 19, 2020 the Medicine Hat police responded to a weapons complaint.  During the course of the investigation members seized a conducted energy weapon (commonly referred to as a taser).  As a result of the investigation a 41 year old male has been charged with possession of a prohibited weapon.
