The Executive Assistants are responsible for:
- Providing administrative support to members of the Executive Team, Professional Standards, Support Services S/Sgt and Administrative S/Sgt.
- Administering and maintaining payroll process.
- Coordinating calendars and appointments for the Executive Team.
- Coordinating travel arrangements and processing travel expenses.
- Maintaining strong internal and external relationships.
- File management.
- Assisting with project research and coordination.
